It appears that the patient's bleeding has been staunched. The Democrats have regained the majority in the House of Representatives, and have taken the Senate also, although it remains uncertain as to whether they will have the courage to "check" Bush during the remainder of his presidency.
There was not much more that the American people could have hoped for, and with less than half of the eligible voters even caring enough to cast a ballot, it is no wonder why our country is in the "shitter"!

Pertaining to the second article, I have not received a reply from any of the parties, but it may be that they have been rather busy losing another election...time will tell.
Extremely Small Window Of Opportunity!
These three minor parties that garnered very little of the national voting in this most recent election need to evaluate the situation and realize that, to make a difference in the 2008 elections, they need to form a coalition party. The Democrats and Republicans, in doing the bidding of their corporate "sponsors", have a stranglehold on America and will think nothing of destroying this nation if that is the will of their corporate "handlers"!
With the elections of '06 recently culminating, it is hard to think that our window is closing rapidly on the 2008 election season, but if you have been paying any attention at all to the "talking heads", several high profile politicians have announced their intentions on seeking their party's nomination for president! In politics, time is a very precious commodity!
Any Plans?
Since my release of "Just a Proposal", I have had several individuals inform me that they too had tried to establish a working plan whereby the American people might receive adequate representation from those officials placed in office by their vote.
At the time that I released this article I welcomed comments or suggestions as to how representation for the American public might best be achieved. While some emails have been encouraging, there have been some that have questioned the need for change. They seem to feel that with the current "Two Party System" that is in place, the American voter has enough options to choose from in finding someone to represent the individual's interest.
Much of the current state of our Constitutional Republic can be summed up in the final portion of the previous sentence. The Democrats and Republicans work for the same "International Elitists" who finance both parties therefore insuring that, regardless of who wins, their interests are protected and that the only acceptable policy is that which is favorable to their agenda. The individual American citizen can ill afford to pay these pirate politicians to do what is in their best interest or to even do what is best for America!
Change Is Not Only Necessary, It Is Mandatory!
The so-called Two Party System in operation in America is one of the most vile and corrupt institutions in existence. Told over and over, by everyone from school teachers to news media, that voting for someone outside of the major parties is a total waste of time. Taught, from an early age, to conform and vote "Democrat or Republican" or don't bother to vote! It is time for REAL change in America. There is very little time remaining in which to restore the Constitutional safeguards that have been eviscerated by the last three administrations.
Change is coming. It is coming much faster than most of you realize. The only question is whether it will be a change for the better, or for worse? The answer to that question will depend on the citizens of our nation. It will depend on how much you care about protecting and defending our Constitutional freedom, and whether freedom matters to you at all!
Albert Einstein is quoted as saying, "Insanity is the act of doing the same thing over and over again, yet expecting different results!"
Voting the same way every election: Democrat or Republican, Left or Right, Liberal or Conservative, is insane! Honestly, how much has changed, for the better, for America's middle class? A family was capable of living on the wages of one "bread winner" only one generation ago, and now can barely survive with both parents working. Are America's families better off now than they were then?
Time For Action
It is time for the American people to take a good look at their "choices" in the political arena. Both parties are nothing but "vote whores" with absolutely no courage or moral fiber. You can continue to vote for "Donkeys" and "Elephants", but all you will get are asses or FAT asses!
It is time to put to rest the notion that the Green, Libertarian, or Constitution Party care any more for this nation, and it's citizens, than the major parties. It is time to withdraw support from all of these "institutions" who favor their party over America! Those individuals, who are truly concerned with the crisis situation that our "leaders" have thrust upon America, need to place the United States, and her citizens, above any party affiliation and work together to effect a return to our Constitutional rule of law.
It is time for ALL Americans to be concerned enough to become informed of the "sell out" agenda that the current despicable ilk in Washington D.C. are perpetrating on this nation.
We are off to a good start. Sweeping the Republican "rubber-stamp" Congress from power on November 7th, has given the American people a small indication of the power that they still wield in our Constitutional Republic. In the next election, it is imperative that we have a "coalition party" in place, with enough financial and organizational strength to mount a full slate of candidates who will put America first.
America can do better than what we have seen in D.C. in the last 50+ years! We must make smart choices in the direction that we intend to take our nation and we must do so quickly. The clock is ticking!
