The neo-fascist regime that currently controls the U.S. government has pulled out all the stops to frighten the "sheeple" into voting their rotten butts back into office. I know that it sounds ridiculous to even contemplate another two years with this rubber-stamp Congress working with this president who, like the Nazis after their failure, according to reports, will most likely end up fleeing to a 99,000 acre farm that he has purchased in northern Paraguay in South America.
It amazes me that all of these Republicans "see the light" about Iraq now that it is election time. Just like the pitiful replacement for "dubya" as Texas Governor, Rick Perry, who has only recently made the flood of illegal aliens a cause worthy of his attention. Where was Perry from 2000 to 2005 when he finally started to listen to border communities complaints of being overrun by this massive illegal flood of "immigrants"?
Dick Cheney stated the neo-con administration's position today by saying that what the American public thought did not matter in the least to these global elitists...it is "full steam ahead" on their "stay the course" strategy!
A recap of these losers' policies and statements seem to be in order because of the public's ADHD syndrome that makes it impossible to hold their attention for more than five minutes! Must be something in the water!
This is actually just a short list of the offenses that the president and his administration are guilty of committing. At the fear of losing the reader's attention, I have abbreviated the list of crimes that this administration is guilty of committing against the United States.
VOTE EVERY INCUMBENT OUT!
At the risk of sounding redundant to those who have read my previous articles, I must continue to reiterate that it is imperative to remove every Senator and Representative running for reelection! Governors, especially those of the border states, who have allowed this invasion of illegal aliens to flood their state without actively working to rectify the problem, and in the case of Texas Governor Perry, who has, until recently, actually encouraged this illegal activity, should be thrown out of office on November 7!
There is not one member of our current government, up for reelection, that deserves to remain in office. Many of the most vocal opponents of unconstitutional legislation, enacted by this current regime, have inexplicably cast their vote in favor of the same. A recent case in point was when Arlen Spector voted for the Military Commissions Act of 2006 after stating that the legislation was unconstitutional!
GRIDLOCK?
What a travesty that in our Constitutional Republic, the best that we can hope for is to have the Democrats and the Republicans embroiled in partisan politics so that they are incapable of passing legislation that undermines our Constitutional form of government!
For the first time in many years, the Democrats appear to be more capable of keeping their skeletons somewhat in the closet than the Republicans. Both of these so-called political parties have much to lose should an investigation of their activities over the past three decades, by a truly independent panel, be convened. Many of the Democratic members in Congress have a vested interest in limiting the scope of any subsequent investigations, should they gain control of one or both of the chambers of Congress, lest they expose the corruption and deceit that is prevalent on both sides of the aisle!
Not content to just sit back and watch the Republicans squirm, John Kerry, reportedly a distant cousin of George W Bush, attempted to tighten the race with an absurd comment made less than a week before the election. As I have said before, if you were to throw all of the Republicans and Democrats into a hat, and shake them up and pour them out, you wouldn't be able to tell one from the other...rotten to the core!!!
Under the direction of these two parties, our country has become a secretive, police state on the brink of martial law! The Democrats, even without a majority voice, should feel compelled to alert the American public to the danger to their liberty because of this current regime's attack on the Constitution! Likewise, those Republicans who are opposed to this administration's evisceration of our Constitutionally guaranteed liberties, should have made the public aware of this unlawful attack by the president and his lackeys!
VOTE WHORES!!!
Nancy Pelosi, who could become the Speaker of the House after November 7, has already publicly stated that "impeachment is off of the table"! With no investigations, no interrogations of the president, under oath, to see if he is guilty of impeachable offenses, the Democrats have proven that their utmost concern is not their sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution, but that their allegiance is only in gaining control of Congress and to that end, they will do whatever it takes to achieve the latter, even at the expense of our Constitutional form of government!
The Republicans are so intent upon retaining control of Congress that they have resorted to lies and distortions to try and instill fear into the American voter! Not getting the desired traction out of "Osama" and all those rascally "terrorists", they were not above pulling out that old worn out argument of "Democrats will raise taxes!". Never mind that their "tax cuts" were disproportionately slanted to favor the wealthy elite.
What a pathetic excuse for so-called leaders of our country that neither group is worthy of our trust! Both have the same motto: "Self-serving and self-preserving". Selling their souls, and America, to the highest bidder, these scoundrels only give the public a thought at election time, and then it is mainly to consider what lies and distortions of truth can they get their constituents to believe!
PAY ATTENTION!!!
Forget about which party is best for our country because the answer is: NEITHER!!!
Keep this in mind. Our military personnel are fighting and dying for the benefit of the wealthy elite, who purchased this current administration, and therefore demands their allegiance. Almost 3000 members of our armed service personnel have been killed for this empire building regime. Approximately 20,000 service members have been permanently injured. The approximate cost of the war in Iraq alone is $3322.76 PER SECOND!!! The only chance of ending George W. Bush's nightmare, never-ending global war on terror, is to replace his rubber-stamp Congress on November 7!
